And you know what's funny? According to Fabregas on Twitter, Wilshere was afraid of asking Messi to swap shirts with him and had to do it for him! Even with all that talent and confidence on the pitch, he's still a shy little kid!
the picture is of him and his dad
dude, they play good football and pushed Tottenham all the way when they were qualifying for the Champions League. But for certain things being different it would have been them reaching the group stage instead of Tottenham, who knows how they would have done.
A comment popped into my head that I thought of typing, but then I did something...
I thought about what it was saying and decided not to be called a paedophi...
Oh phuk it, I love Young Boys!
well, that was a terrible match.
They need a very serious cash injection to buy some good players, but more importantly, to fund some serious youth development programs.
Easy win. Is Leverkusen coming into form just when Dortmund seem to be losing it a little?
Villarreal finally showing an official dip in form. I was surprised at how consistent they've been.
true, look at what they did with Fenerbahce a few seasons ago in the Champions League RO16: a 3-2 home win and away loss. But, Sevilla's been pants this season and Porto's been awesome, so I see an easy win for Porto at home.
I just hope everyone is fit for the second leg, because Barca is mad now.
Surprisingly, this is Stuttgart's first ever loss to a Portugese team.
Porto just keep on (steam)rolling.
Milan is too slow to trouble Tottenham, but I'm hoping that experience will take them through.
And THAT'S why it's called the beautiful game.
It definitely lived up to the hype.
Bugger me, I seem to have lost my jaw...
Schalke's not afraid of the Spanish teams. Gave Barcelona two very good games 3 seasons ago in the Quarter-Finals as well (whenever the season with the Man Utd v Chelsea final was).
especially Gattuso. I knew he was aggressive, but I didn't think he was classless, because that's what his attitude today was.
they're not even a team who pass the ball around on the ground like Arsenal or Barca.
Why can't Schalke carry over their form in the Champions League to the Bundesliga? They played well.
is it me, or has EVERYONE started using long throws since Stoke got promoted ?
*edit*
ok, maybe not EVERYONE, but certainly more of the smaller teams.
