If they go to the Bernabeu like Atletico did and sit back, they're going to have a bad time. They should start the game over there with a certain intensity, just as they did at home. Tevez and Moratta HAVE to cause trouble, and Juventus has to look for that goal since a 1-0 sees Real Madrid through.

How did I know Real Madrid would get juventus.. Barca vs. Bayern will be the best match of this ucl. Better than any other final that could be produced by the last four this season.

Playing at camp nou first could be an advantage, bayern hasn't had the best showings away from home, struggling against decent teams, this Barca isn't exactly Porto or shaktar, we may be able to hold them off in Germany after a good result in Spain.

Ramos is a bad CDM, bad in the sense that he has no vision going forward or much mobility. He collapsed against Barca when he payed that position, and he would've collapsed against Atletico if they applied a more offensive match, but they didn't, and Ancelotti predicted that and played his cards accordingly. Simeone wanted penalties, and it almost worked for him until Arda got his red, which he wasn't counting on.

Great match for Barca, but expected much more from PSG, they seemed almost dead. Ibra and Veratti didn't change much.

On another note, it completely enrages me when I see Messi walking on the field casually, and he shouldn't even be seen as a forward anymore, the man is practically playing RCM, or CAM if that, lol. Ronaldo fans should have no worry, Balon D Oro #4 is coming up for him, Messi is scared of getting injured or maybe doesn't have it in him anymore, but...

Atletico has Arda and Simeone to blame for this loss. Why exactly park the bus for so long? You had Griezmann there for no reason, what a waste.

Congrats to Chicharito, I still look at the picture up on soccernet and it seems almost unreal, photoshopped. I knew that this Bale and Benzema injury was a blessing in disguise, James and Ronaldo built the play and Chicharo was, as always, at the right place at the right time.

Agreed, while Ronaldo can head the ball better and score from longer range, if the defenders can stop him he's done. With Messi, make him obsolete as a striker and he can easily drop back a bit and offer assists. This was seen just the other day as he assisted Neymar's goal.

Two stunners from Suarez, Neymar was great, Messi a bit unlucky early on with that shot that hit the post. Mathieu should've attacked that shot from Van der Wiel more but overall awesome result. Oh and Masherano is such a boss!

I heard Falcao wanted to return?

Both teams missed a handful of chances, Neymar right after Mathieu's goal, then Ronaldo hitting the crossbar, and both Bravo and Casillas made great saves. Great performance by Mathieu, he's done very good this season. Suarez pretty much destroyed Real Madrid's morale with that brilliant goal.

^ Is this real life?

I think Barca, Real Madrid, Bayern, and Juve get through. Although as a fan of Barca, defending from those corner kicks and being able to get through Silva and David Luiz will not be easy. Atletico will lose against Real Madrid(I'll be glad to be wrong on that one :p).

Messi was all over the pitch, reminded me of his younger days, making runs from the wing and leaving players behind. Great performance from him, he honestly doesn't need to score many goals if he can deliver such fantastic assists and throw the opposing team off balance with his runs.

I saw one of those football analysts from ESPN or Fox say to be careful with Shaktar, basically hinting at Shaktar grabbing the upset without wanting to look like a fool in case this happened, lol. Bayern smashed them and the analyst(forgot his name) is a fool, game was over after that penalty.

I would say not to get ahead of ourselves. Beating Bilbao at home has never been easy. The draw against an improving fresh Villareal is not a major shock. Losing to Shalke at home of all places is the only surprise for me, and I think it comes with the mental exhaustion after those tough matches. They've also been without Modric(essential) and Ramos.

Anyway, I praise Shalke for their win and heart to beat the richest club of the world, money doesn't always get you th...

What a game, glad PSG got through and even better, David Luiz shuts up the critics AT Stamford Bridge. Beautiful.

He's always been overrated imo, but he deserves to be a starter on a decent team. Those two goals he scored with Real Madrid earlier in the season were great, he deserves better than a bench.

He gave that pathetic fan what he wanted. If I were him and I score, I'd do the same diving hand gesture the fan did on the camera. XD

It will be interesting to see how they do overturn this result though, it will be one hell of a game back at el Calderon.

Yes, not to mention Monaco's 3-1 over Arsenal, brutal.

Could've had that 3-1 like twice -_- but oh well, getting a 2-1 away is a good result. Having Rakitic a bit more forward and Messi around the middle worked out very well, wish he would've scored that penalty..
