Barca seemed to have started fine but credit to Real for forcing those mistakes on a weak defense. Pique almost never shows up to a Classico, Mathieu's passing was horrible so he became a bit useless in the LB position. I also noticed that Barca was unconcerned with avoiding corner kicks or crosses, I saw James frequently free to deliver a cross. Barca's passing was also horrible, probably the worst I've seen in a while from them.

I agree, three huge mistakes, what the hell were Pique and Iniesta thinking? I honestly just laughed with Pique's handball because I really don't get surprised anything he does anymore...-_- Iniesta with the craplaod of experience he has tries to control a ball with his back to Madrid's counterattack.

I'm happy Messi and Neymar are finally linking up so good. Xavi played great, haven't seen him play like that in a while, same goes to Dani Alves who finally made such an accurate cross that Messi scored a header lol. Overall I loved this creative, fast Barca, and Luis Enrique is doing a fine job so far.
Messi wasn't nowhere near his best tonight, certainly not at the level of the match against Bilbao. Xavi seems to make Barca sluggish and predictable, Rakitic was missed although I understand the need for that rotation.

Didn't see the match, so I'm not sure where the hell Di Maria played, but yea he's more effective as a midfielder if he is allowed to run down the flanks. Did he play in center midfield? Because I would see how that would be stupid. I also saw a predicted formation from an analyst for Van Gaal's team and they had Rojo as a CB and Shaw as LB, -_-
I was expecting a 4-0, or 5-0. That score itself even lies a little, Cordoba had a few good chances, Real Madrid looked VERY sloppy in defense, (mainly Ramos and Arbeloa.
