David Beckham has more masculinity in his little finger than "I shave my legs but I'm not a ladyboy" Neymar.
Wenger is probably not interested in signing him anyway unless he can him cheap (26m Euros), the bidding is probably just to appease the fans who constantly complaining about a lack of transfer activity.
This is what annoys me about footballers today, they would rather sit on the bench of a better team than play regularly at a lower level. It's a real problem in the lower English leagues with players signing for higher league teams on higher wages and then letting their talent go to waste sitting on the bench or playing in the reserves.
Fernando Torres? oh wait I thought it said 4 goal a season striker.
We don't want that circus interfering with the Premier League season, why award it to Qatar if the conditions are unsuitable?
Barcelona have struggled all season so it's not surprising that Spain are doing so too when their national team is 80% Barcelona players.
If Rooney signs for Arsenal then it just goes to show how far he has fallen from grace.
No disrespect to Arsenal but you'd expect the bigger clubs to be showing an interest, a few years ago they would have been queueing up to sign him.
"Give the Spanish teams the money of the EPL teams and then we can talk."
Isn't that the whole problem with La Liga? that Barca/Real take all of the TV revenue for themselves and don't share it?
Man UTD may still dominate but they do it without keeping the rest of the teams down and you don't expect them to win 5-0 every week.
One thing he sure did tear apart was Barcelona's dominance, if he had failed miserably Barcelona's players would be begging for him to come back.
Sorry to say but he'd want to go somewhere where winning big trophies is realistic.
I disagree, Mourinho added entertainment to it. La Liga won't get half as much media coverage now.
Suarez has brought it all on himself, if he doesn't like the bad media attention then stop doing bad things on the pitch. Simples.
Lets see if he can make the big step up to Spanish football first eh?
We are more of a threat than Neymar has ever been outside of Brazil's domestic league.
Germany reserve team practically and a comical own goal but well done USA, you'll find your qualifiers are a lot tougher though.
Having the read the interview transcript I didn't know Mourinho was such a big Chelsea fan unless he's just saying it.
He's a great addition to the league though I love listening to his interviews, Ian Holloway who is back up with Palace does a good press conference as well.
Hopefully Chelsea and City are title contenders this season, a three way fight would be a nice treat.
No more jobs for the boys.
They will have to sell him within the next 15 months unless they want to risk having him leave on a free transfer, the buyout clause means very little if Ronaldo refuses to renew his contract as the club will be forced to sell at the best offer.
To be fair qualifying for the Champions League is second only to winning the domestic league title (and that's primarily because winning the league title includes Champions League qualification).
If Arsenal hadn't been celebrating then Spurs would have been, the domestic cups and Europa League are 2nd rate competitions by comparison.
If they do this then I hope lots of top players pull out and the tournament becomes an embarrassment to FIFA.
The whole idea behind the World Cup bidding process is to find the best host, if Qatar can't make it work then give it to the USA (who somehow lost) instead.
