Sahin signed for Madrid months ago on a 5 year deal so it's impossible for him to go anyway unless it's a loan deal only.

Madrid beat them 3-0! ;)

People keep saying this and history isn't on your side in either way. Spain has been more competitive and England hasn't. Money is coming in Spain now, Malaga being the first and more will follow.

You seriously believe 5 teams have a chance, can't wait til next may. Same old, same old.

"and look at the champs league its consistantly english teams in the last 8.."

And again we have a winner! EPL fans need to see the facts...

As stated above, 12/18 is competitive right, no it's ridiculous! Before Chelsea and City got the money Man United were the money club buying players way more than others. Look at La Liga's recent history, more teams have won it than EPL teams have won in England.

As for the cups lol, before Mourinho, Madrid hadn't won it since 1993 and before Guardiola, Barca hadn't won it since 1999! So called big 2 taking 18 years and 10 years respectively to win their only...

"And moments like 2001 where Schalke was for 4 minutes champion and Bayern scored in the 94´ you cant find anywhere."

Actually you can and only in La Liga!

In 1994 Barca won the league by 0pts beating Deportivo on Head to Heads.

In 2007 Real won the league by 0pts beating Barca on Head to Heads.

Spain has the best Players, Teams, History, Stats, European Records, Stadiums, Youth Systems and International Record...

Everyone says the EPL is a 4 or a 5 team league. Man United have won it 12 times in 18 years! 1 team league in my opinion!

I'm British and La Liga is far better for entertainment values! :D

I've been saying it for the last 5 years and people thought I was mad! Spain will dominate world football for years to come as well! :D

You only have to look at the way the Spanish game is played and you know it has more pace and tempo. Much more energy in the style of play. It's not just about goals even though 3 seasons ago La Liga had 159 goals more than the EPL. That doesn't mean EPL has got better, it hasn't. The majority of the top players in Spain have either left or have slowed down; i.e. Raul, Etto, Henry, Forlan, Villa, etc.

"I think it's cause the EPL has a higher level of com...

Not as physical... maybe.
Slower... hell no, La Liga has way more pace and tempo. Only because Barca play 90% of the game in their half doesn't mean the rest of the league does. You see more goals per match day in La Liga than the EPL.

Like I stated above, (Carroll) even if he scored 20 goals next season I wouldn't value him more than £20M. Obscenely over priced for his goal to game record.

Carroll isn't even worth £15M. Liverpool played it so wrong, desperation I guess. They need some one and paid 3 times his worth. Even if he scored 20 goals next season I wouldn't value him more than £20M.

I'd agree Ferrari and other engine manufacturers use F1 for R&D purposes for retail cars but Ferrari also do it because of* their history. Look at the late 70's through to the 1999 when Ferrari won nothing major, that's the* passion of the* company. Most would of left for good but Ferrari didn't. It wouldn't be a viable business without winning or having great backing, Ferrari have that though because of their history. Ferrari don't need F1 but F1 needs Ferrari. I&...

In terms of the prize money Ferrari has received in the last decade, yes it is guess work for sure, nobody really knows that besides the parent company (FIAT), the board members at Ferrari and FOM. With that said people inside the sport have rumoured those numbers. Remember Ferrari is the only blue chip company in Formula 1 and have had a dominating say on how the sport has run since the early years. Like Bernie said, "Without Ferrari F1 is nothing."

Regarding Forbe...

Hope he enjoys sitting on the bench for most of the season if he does join Barca. Can't see how Xavi and Iniesta will be benched with what they've done for Barca over the last 4 years. Plus they need Sergio or Mascherano in that defensive role so it will be bench duty for at least 3 years.

Barca won't change their winning formula for him. It's 4-3-3 and it will be until Messi either leaves (which is unlikely) or when he retires in like 10+ years.

"They lose more money than they make."

That statement isn't true that all, Schumacher made over a £1 billion in wages, prize money and sponsorship deals in his Ferrari days. Both Minardi (Now* Scuderia Toro Rosso) and Eddie Jordan have revealed the facts of prize money at the end of each season in Formula 1. All the big teams keep their winnings a secret as they use that money for funding of the future seasons (with sponsorship mone...

@zootang and off topic but can you answer my question!

Do you really believe Scuderia Ferrari is only worth £1 billion?!

With their history and assets?

To be honest I believe this valuation process by Forbes is completely wrong. They gave the accreditation on Team, Stadium, Income and Sponsorship Deals. I'd include Own facilities as well since their are usually owned by the teams as well as DEBT. So lets do a breakdown of the facts.

Scuderia Ferrari;
Team - Alonso, Massa. (A lot less than most teams)
Stadium - Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, Fiorano Circuit.
Income - £1.7 Billion as of 2010. ...

None of them would, all be bench warmer at best.

Puyol is better than both Terry and Ferdinand. I'd say Pique is better than Terry and on the same level as Ferdinand.
Gerrard and Lampard ain't good enough. Xavi and Iniesta are both way better, miles better. Rooney could be a starter but Pedro, Messi and Villa have the overall balance.

So yeah none!
