Mourinho obviously can't do that, one dimensional. When he wasn't winning he attacked the referees, press and even other coaches.
As a fan of a club you ignore that in the good times but when you see the way he treated some Madrid players in this season gone, it was time to go.
I was actually pissed during Madrid's record season of points in 2011/12. The way Madrid started that season was so negative and Mourinho's tactics were to blame.

Casillas' livelihood was nearly destroyed. What would of happened if he returned and was completely useless?! One of the best keepers in the history of football and the only one looking likely to win individual awards too. He's 32, for a GK that's young!
